Making your way out the sliding doors you are surrounded by lush views on all sides of the basement level deck area and surrounding lake and forest. Overhead lights are plentiful in the area, as well as landscape lighting that should accent the natural beauty of the Catskills and its foliage and greenery. Immediately present in front of the doors is the first fire area with a Solo stove and a pair of chairs overlooking the lake. To your immediate right is the Wellis Monte Rosa hot tub. Inside you will be greeted with five seats and one lounge accommodating six total guests. The Monte Rosa is complete with a 2.1 Bluetooth enabled stereo and multiple light options and jet configurations to change as you desire. The LEDs have a multitude of settings to accent whatever mood you are going for. Just beyond the tub and further into the back garden area, you will encounter the steps leading up to the porch and our second fire feature. A deluxe Pyro Monolith Fire Tower, is raised above the ground and allows for a contained, but more visible fire – both from the four person seating area or the hot tub itself. There is firewood available at the other side of the deck, as well as a guaranteed dry batch closer to the hot tub underneath the zippable rain cover.
