Spent a wonderful weekend at Matt’s place. Beautifully updated home with outstanding views and amenities. We enjoyed using the hot tub, outdoor fire pit and kitchen/grill to make meals. We were in the area to attend a concert at Bethel Woods Art Center and it is just a short 15 minute drive from the home. We were also able to enjoy an evening at close by Tavern on Main in downtown Jeffersonville. We would definitely come back!

Great place, very close to the main strip in Jeffersonville where there are restaurants , shops, and a grocery store. Great view and very private. Great modernized bathrooms and kitchen. Host communicated well. Place exactly as described. Would stay here again. Thanks!

This was a stunning house in a beautiful and peaceful location. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed it immensely. The house truly lived up to our expectations, the host was friendly and responsive always within a few minutes. I would absolutely rent from Matthew again! My guests and I had a fabulous weekend!

This house is an hidden gem! Beautiful clean spacious house bedrooms were awsome every room with access to the balcony. The bathroom especially the top floor is huge with huge tub and double shower. Kitchen had everything and was very clean. The outdoor hot tub is great with the built in speakers. And Mathew had everything in mind even puzzles to enhance our time there. To summarize its a great place and Mathew was always helpful within minutes thank you!

Matthew’s home is gorgeous, super clean, and welcoming. The bedrooms are beautiful as is the setting overlooking a lake. The large hot tub, outdoor fireplace, sturdy dock, and numerous Adirondack chairs make this a special place. Thanks Matthew!

Matthew was a wonderful host and super responsive! We stayed at his property which was so stunning and we hope to stay there again. The pictures don’t do it justice it really is one of the most beautiful houses I’ve been in upstate with amazing views and lots of outdoor space and windows to view. Hot tubs and fire pits and also the bathroom was incredible!

The pictures don't lie. Went for a father son fishing trip and will be back with the entire family. The house was spotless with ton of amenities. If you're looking to get away and just relax with beautiful views this is the place. Matthew (host) was more than accommodating with any needs and frequently reached out to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who enjoys a great view, fresh air, and plenty of outdoor space.

We absolutely loved our stay!! We visited for a weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. The place was very beautiful (even nicer in reality) and super clean which I really appreciated since some of the people in our group are very particular about cleanliness. We’ll be back for sure!

Matthew’s home was great. Went with my wife and 5 kids. Had a great time. All my kids were fishing on the lake off the dock and it was super fun and private. Kids also swam in lake and loved it. House was clean and very comfortable. Hot tub was super relaxing. Wanted to use fire pit but it rained so was too hard to get started. Kids had a great time on the arcade game in the basement. Matthew was super responsive and even gave us great suggestions of activities to do in the area. Overall was really excellent and would return when we come back to the Catskills area.

We appreciated the beautiful setting and wonderful views of the lake. So many great places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The renovations to the house have been so nicely done - the bathrooms are stunning. Location was great - a nice walk into Jeffersonville each morning for coffee and breakfast was a great way to start the day. Matthew was very responsive before and during out stay - providing suggestions for restaurants and things to do and even warning us that the wifi was down due to a storm. Would highly recommend. Really special place on a beautiful lake. The house is secluded & peaceful, but still within walking distance of downtown. The views are amazing, the house is smartly designed, and the owners are responsive, helpful & knowledgeable about the area. Couldn’t recommend more.

We stayed at Matthews house for a weekend getaway and I can’t say enough about the experience. The home was absolutely beautiful, with a great view overlooking the water. The property felt private and had everything you could ask for (and was just as described in the listing). The location is also ideal, with easy access to fun towns, great restaurants and hikes. Matthew is also an amazing host - he was extremely responsive and provided great recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area. This a great place to stay if you are heading to the Catskills and I look forward to hopefully staying there again soon!
